The 'Art and Science' of portfolio design was the concept for the Analytics website.
Analytics is a financial service provider that offers their clients custom made financial solutions. The concept behind the brand is The Art and Science of Portfolio Design. Our challenge was to take their concept and carry it through to application in web.
Just like in architecture, form, space, volume, structure and weight all play an important part in the deign of a website. We decided on a light colour theme using the brand colours where necessary to accentuate such as in headers and CTA buttons. For the rest we went with grays and whites. We gave the images of the architectural buildings a blue overlay which helped create the contrast between the whites and the blues.
The navigation is clear and simple with a second navigation at the bottom of the page for the Fund Pages.
The content blocks are short and easy to read making for a easy user experience.
The site was built using Webflow. This allowed us to produce a site that matched the design concepts that were presented in Figma perfectly. We we were also able to develop the site in a lot less time that it would take to develop a similar site in WordPress. The client is also able to upload their Fact Sheets on their own thanks to Webflow's very easy to manage content system.
We believe we achieved the client's goal of reflecting the 'Art and Science of Portfolio Design'. The site compliments the brand look and feel and gives the user a pleasing user experience without information overload.
